Draft Bidders’ Library Now Available
NASA and Exploration Systems Mission Directorate have made available documents referenced in the Crew Exploration Vehicle Draft Request for Proposals. You may access these documents at:

These documents form the basis of the Bidders’ Library referred to in the Draft RFP. While we have endeavored to post only the latest versions of these documents, potential bidders are reminded that the library is not complete, subject to revision, and provided solely for your convenience. At the time of final RFP release, the official Bidders’ Library will be available at the same address.
