This is a modification to the synopsis entitled CARBON PHENOLIC COMPRESSION PADS IN SUPPORT OF THE ORION TPS ADP which was posted on December 8, 2008. You are notified that the following changes are made: The safety and QA requirements in the SOW and DRL have been revised. Also, a price list has been provided for offerors to use when submitting quotes. See new attachments dated 12-16-08.

The due date for responses was extended in amendment 1 and has not changed.
