This is modification 2 to the synopsis entitled Center Institutional Safety Services (CISS), RFP # NNJ08239192R, which was posted on March 5, 2008. You are notified that the following additional information is provided:

Contract type is a Time and Materials with an Award Fee Feature.

This potential 5-year contract will have a 45-day phase-in period estimated to begin February 15, 2009.

The base period of performance will be from April 1, 2009 - March 31, 2012, with one 2-year option period from April 1, 2012 - March 31, 2014.
