Arcata Associates (Arcata/UNITeS), in support of UNITeS Prime Contract NNM04AA02C at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis only with Perficient Corporation in support of the Implementation Phase of the NASA Internet Potocol Address Management (IPAM) Project; a part of the NASA Integrated Information Infrastructure (NIII) Program. Arata/UNITeS intends to negotiate a modification to an existing commercial Purchase Order for the required FY09 services at firm fixed priced rates, supplies and travel expenses that are compliant to the requirements of the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW) v.7. Perficient Corporation was selected as they are the only firm possessing the direct IPAM project experience to continue performance of the project and meet the pre-established goals of completion set by the UNITeS Project Office.
Arcata/UNITeS intends to acquire commercial services using FAR Part 12.
Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications (that complies with the RFQ and SOW's intent of experience, idependence, and available resources) in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m. local time on 24 September 2008. Responses received without the required detailed information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis. A determination by Arcata/UNITeS not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of Arcata/UNITeS.
