This is a modification to the synopsis entitled ARES V REQUEST FOR INFORMATION which was posted on July 9, 2008. You are notified that the following changes are made: The Primary Point of Contact is changed to Joseph L. Eversole with contact information below. This modification also incorporates a revision to page 5 of the charts which were attached to the original announcement.

The due date for responses is not extended.
