This is a modification to the synopsis entitled "L Band Radiometer & Radar Instrument System" which was posted on July 7, 2006. You are notified that the following changes are made: This solication is hereby being released as a Request for Proposal(RFP). All proposals are due by the date specified below.

The due date for proposal submittal is extended to August 1, 2006.

Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
