This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Software Engineering Support NNG09276134 which was posted on December 11, 2008. You are notified that the following changes are made: The statement of Scope was inadvertently posted as a solicitation. However, GSFC is not yet releasing the solicitation and we are currently looking for capability statements for the upcoming requirement as previously posted in the RFI.

The due date for responses HAS NOT BEEN extended.
