This is a request for information regarding the synopsis entitled LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING, NNG08223896J which was posted on 10/31/2007. NASA GSFC is seeking information from potential offerors regarding its DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK entitled, "STATEMENT OF WORK FOR THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & EXCELLENCE IN MANAGEMENT (LDEM) PROGRAM IN SUPPORT OF THE NASA GODDARD SPACE FLIGHT CENTER."

NASA GSFC requests that potential offerors review the draft statement of work and provide feedback regarding the following:

1) Are the requirements defined in the draft statement of work clear and easily understood? 2) Is each of the program durations defined in the draft statement of work reasonable for their requisite competencies? If not, please explain. 3) How would you approach fulfilling this requirement on a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract basis? 4) Is the design time specified in section 7.2 (pg. 26) of the draft statement of work appropriate? Please explain. 5) What are your recommended minimum and maximum class sizes for each of the programs? Please see section 4.0 (pg. 24) of the draft statement of work for further detail.

Additionally all potential offerors are notified that the following changes are made to the earlier synopsis:

NASA GSFC no longer intends to award a cost plus fixed fee, indefinite delivery, and indefinite quantity task order contract but rather anticipates issuing a solicitation for a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, and indefinite quantity task order contract.

The due date for responses is Wednesday, March 19, 2008.
