Drafts of LDCM Mission Operations Element (MOE) RFP Cost Charts, Cost Chart Instructions, and MOE Mission Assurance Requirements (MOE-MAR) are now available for review and comment. The Cost Charts consist of an Excel spreadsheet application intended for use when proposing for the MOE contract. The Cost Instructions provide step by step information for using the spreadsheet. It is highly recommended to first read the instructions thoroughly before examining the spreadsheet. In addition, updated drafts of the LDCM MOE Statement of Work and the MOE Contract Data Requirements List are now available for review and comment. All documents are available on the LDCM web site at http://ldcm.nasa.gov . While NASA seeks comments on each of these draft documents, we ask that priority be given to the Draft RFP Cost Charts, Draft Cost Chart Instructions, and Draft MOE-MAR. Please provide comments pertaining to these documents to Michelle.D.McIntyre@nasa.gov on or before November 6, 2007.
