This is a modification to the synopsis entitled: Data Programming and Analysis of Aerospace Acquisition Data which was posted on September 11, 2007. The purpose of this modification is to address the following questions that were submitted in response to Solicitation NNG07198191:

Q1: Do you have information in regards to the current technical specifications of the Resource Analysis Office Tool Set (RAOTools) as listed in the Statement of Work (see attached) for Solicitation: NNG07198191?

A1: Custom C+ application-specific computer programming and updates for cost modeling, statistical analysis and graphing purpose utilizing In-house proprietary, specific database information. This information is not available for public release or foreign distribution.

Q2: What information is available in regards to the current staffing and resource levels needed to accomplish past and current work requirements by the incumbent?

A2: Two (2) full-time persons are currently on and have been in the past for this work.

Q3: Is there a preferred format for the response?

A3: There is no preferred format for the response.

Q4: Is there a page limitation on the response?

A4: There is no page limit to the response.

Q5: Should we include resumes or biographies of key personnel?

A5: Please submit any information you feel will best represent your company's ability to perform the work described in the Statement of Work. We are only seeking capabilities statements to determine competition at this time.

Q6: Should we include past performance summaries that give point of contact information, contract value, period of performance, and other details that can be verified?

A6: Some past performance data may be useful however we will not be evaluating past performance at this time.

The due date for responses is not extended.
