This is a modification to the synopsis entitled NASA Sounding Rocket Operations Contract which was posted on July 2, 2007. You are notified that the following changes are made: The following sentence is being added to the synopsis as clarification of the intent: NASA is seeking capabilities from large businesses, as well as, small, small disadvantaged and woman-owned small businesses for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for this requirement.

The due date for responses is not extended.
