This is a modification to the synopsis entitled A-3 Test Stand General Construction Project which was posted on October 22, 2008. You are notified that the following changes are made: The RFP was issued today (Nov 21, 2008). The site visit date has been set for Dec 12, 2008 and the closing date has been set for Feb 24, 2009.
