For Phase I proposals, all requests for debriefing must be directed in writing, either by email, mail or fax, to the SBIR Program Support Office. Telephone requests will not be honored. Written debriefings, which include the comments of the evaluators, will be sent only to the corporate official designated in the proposal. More specifically:
