Additional information has been requested by prospective offerors and it has been determined by the Contracting Officer that this information be made available to all bidders. The Government will respond to additional requests for information in Amendment No. 2, which will be issued the week of December 18, 2000. Therefore, the bid opening date has been extended to January 12, 2001, 2:00 p.m. local time.
