Evaluation of the Strive Project (RFP/DAA 98-31)

The United States Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is soliciting proposals for an evaluation of a demonstration project operated by STRIVE, Inc. The project was initiated in Program Year 1997 pursuant to Section 324 (a) of the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA). The objective of the demonstration is to test the concept that STRIVE's unique approach will help those individuals find employment that is appropriate to their individual circumstances and that brings satisfaction to those workers and their employers at the placement and retention rates stablished in the Statement of Work.
