On November 6, 2006, "a notice for public comment was published in the Federal Register," for 45 days, announcing the Employment and Training Administration's revised performance reporting system, the Workforce Investment Streamlined Performance Reporting (WISPR) System.
In July, 2004, ETA published a proposal to streamline performance reporting for 12 programs, the ETA Management Information and Longitudinal Evaluation (EMILE) reporting system. Based on comments received, ETA made revisions to that proposal, and the revised system, WISPR, includes state formula-funded programs and National Emergency Grants.
