The purpose of this amendment is to answer offeror's questions.
Q1) Specified "inside surface finish" for the vacuum chamber?

chamber or does it need a vacuum hose or bellows to connect
to the chamber? If a hose or bellows is required, how long
would it have to be?

Q14) At what distance from the Rotary Turbo pump will the Oil
free mechanical Rough/backing pump be placed ?
