THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR DATA PROGRAMMING AND ANALYSIS OF AEROSPACE ACQUISITION DATA. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.

The purpose of this amendment is to correct the previously submitted modification and to address the following questions:

Q1. What is the overall system hardware and software environment for supporting the subject efforts?

A1. The target system hardware – Individual desktop and/or laptop personal computer (either PC and/or Mac).

Software environment – Custom developed GUI front-end applications using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA); C++; Off-The-Shelf Microsoft application software (e.g., Access; Excel; SQL) , but not limited to just these software

Q2. What Specific Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Software Applications / Tools are currently being used on the subject effort?

A2. Visual Basic for Applications (VBA); C++ for developers; Microsoft Off-The-Shelf application software (e.g., Access; Excel; SQL), but not limited to just these software

Q3. What Specific Government Developed / Supplied Tools are being used on the subject effort?

A3. No Government-developed or Government-supplied tools are used. All costs associated with this procurement are vendor’s responsibility.

Q4. What is the nature of the RAOTools and RAO databases including RAD? Purpose? Technical description and/or specification?

A4. RAOTools is the name of software environment, shown in Question #1, which provides, but not limited to, user-defined regression and analysis capability and trend analysis. RAD is the name given to the data base (environment and structure) supporting the RAOTools capability.

Q5. Is Versatile System staff still currently supporting the subject work under a contract?

A5. Versatile System staff is currently supporting the subject work under a contract.

Q6. SOW Title - Is this RFQ solely intended for Versatile Systems for providing a Quote? Does the SOW title imply that quotes received from any other offeror will be not accepted in response to this RFQ?

The due date for responses is not extended.

Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
