This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Program Analysis and Control - PAAC III NNG07197688 which was posted on July 5, 2007. You are notified that the following changes are made:

The release date of the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) is revised to on or about September 10, 2007. The release date of the final Request for Proposal (RFP) is revised to on or about October 11, 2007 with proposals due approximately 30 days after the solicitation release date.
