RETAIL CUSTOMERS: If you made a retail purchase directly from us, whether online, or by phone, mail or fax, and you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return them to us for a complete refund. At your request, we will send you a prepaid return “call slip” so that you don’t have to pay the return shipping costs. (However, if you made your purchase through a dealer, we will not be able to accept a return.)
1. Printed Books with CD-ROMs: You may return a printed book that you purchased directly from us as a retail customer within 30 days of purchase.
a) Please note that once you receive the Installation Key Code to your CD-ROM, you may no longer return the product. This is due to the fact that the key code enables you to export and store a large amount of valuable data. Consequently, you should not request a key code until you have decided to keep the product.
b) Please call or email us to request a prepaid return “call slip”. Please pack the book carefully in its original box so that it arrives at our offices in good condition. All returns should be sent to: Plunkett Research, Ltd., % The Order Desk, 2910 Canton, Dallas, TX 75226.
2. Online Access, Plunkett Research Online subscriptions: You may cancel online access that you purchased directly from us as a retail customer within 7 days of purchase. All purchases and subscriptions for online access are non-cancellable and non-refundable after 7 days. (If you purchased your subscription through a dealer, we will not be able to accept a cancellation.)
3. eBooks: You may return an eBook that you purchased directly from us, within 7 days of purchase. If you request the CD-ROM and the CD Installation Key Code that accompanies some of the eBooks you will no longer be able to return the product. This is due to the fact that the key code enables you to export and store a large amount of valuable data. Consequently, you should not request a CD-ROM’s key code until you have decided to keep the product.
Distributors and Resellers: Returns are not accepted from dealers, distributors, wholesalers or retailers. As a reseller or distributor, your purchase is final.
