This is a modification to the synopsis entitled "CONNECT - Communications, Navigation and Networking reConfigurable Testbed." which was posted on June 22, 2007. You are notified that the following changes are made: The due date for responses is extended until August 8, 2007. Also, because the Data Manager requirements documentation listed in Section 5.2.6.6 of the NRA will not be available until approximately August 8, 2007, response to the data portion of the NRA will be due at a later date to be announced on or about August 8th.

Additionally, a list of questions and responses has been uploaded. This list is dated July 17, 2007 and is the first set of questions/responses to be posted.

Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
