Description

 

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Glenn Research Center is releasing a NASA Research Announcement (NRA) for participation in the CONNECT project. CONNECT is the Communications, Navigation and Networking reConfigurable Testbed project. The CONNECT Project involves the development and flight of a testbed for the International Space Sation to provide an on-orbit, adaptable, SDR/STRS facility to conduct a suite of experiments to reduce risk and enable future mission capability.

On or about June 4, 2007, this NRA solicitation will be available electronically through an Internet web site URL to be posted in an update to this synopsis.

Participation is open to all categories of organizations, foreign and domestic, including industry, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, NASA centers, and other Government agencies.

Electronically submitted Notices of Intent to propose are requested by June 18, 2007.

Proposal due date is July 9, 2007.

This is a broad agency announcement as specified in FAR 6.102 (d) (2).

Notwithstanding the posting of this opportunity at FedBizOpps.gov, Grants.gov, or at both sites, NASA reserves the right to determine the appropriate award instrument for each proposal selected pursuant to this announcement.
