The card shall be tested using Flying Probe Automated Testing prior to acceptance per Quality Code Q2: Certificate of Conformance. FAR 52.246-15 will be incorporated into the purchase order.

NASA/KSC intends to purchase the items from Catalyst Manufacturing Services Inc. The current vendor won the previous solicitation which was competed open market, NNK08209942Q. It is in the best interest of the government to use the current vendor in order to capitalize on cost savings and to meet the requirements in a timely manner.

The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.

Interested organizations may submit in writing their capabilities/qualifications, providing a description in sufficient detail to show the product to be offered meets the government's requirement. This information must be submitted in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local time on September 19th. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
