This is a modification to the synopsis entitled KSC Ground Support Office Project Management Services Contract which was posted on October 12, 2007, to answer the following questions:
Question 1 - I am not sure if I understand the subject synopsis correctly. Is this going to be some type of small business set aside or is to be determined?
Answer 1 - As indicated in the sources sought synopsis this is a market research tool that will be used to determine potential and elgible small business firms capable of providing these services prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal.
Question 2 - Is there an incumbent? Is there an old contract number to request a FOIA?
Answer 2 - There is no current contract for the complete effort as described in the sources sought synopsis. The KSC Ground Support Office is currently obtaining some of the services described in the synopsis from multiple Agency sources.
The due date for responses is not extended. In addition, there will be no further formal answers to questions regarding this sources sought synopsis since it's intended purpose is for market research only.
Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
