This is Modification 1 to the synopsis entitled International Space Station (ISS) Program Integration & Control (PI&C), NNJ09ZBG001R which was posted on October 22, 2008.

1. You are hereby notified that the ISS PI&C Follow-on Final Request for Proposal (RFP) is hereby released and will reside on the ISS PI&C webpage at http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/isspic/default.asp . In order for answers to be obtained and disseminated in a timely manner, all questions and comments are requested to be submitted in writing by January 9, 2009.

2. Questions and Answers from the Draft RFP are posted on the ISS website at http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/isspic/default.asp .

It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
