Description

THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 003 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR RESEARCH ANALYSIS AND SOFTWARE TOOLS FOR OPERATIONS RESEARCH OF SPACE FLIGHT PROJECTS. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.

The purpose of this amendment is to correct/clarify and/or provide additional information to the following two (2) previously answered vendor questions:

Original Question:

Q2) Given that "the offeror shall provide resumes of each proposed individual and identify the applicable labor category" shall we assume that all resumes should be included in the "Cost Proposal" and are therefore not subject to page limitations?

Correction/Clarification Answer:

A2) Yes, that is correct. The individual personnel resume page count should not be counted against the technical proposal page count, however, they need to be part of the TECHNICAL PROPOSAL AND NOT THE COST PROPOSAL, as previously stated. The resume(s) should be included in the Technical Proposal volume, as an appendix.

Original Question:

Q5) Have funding levels been identified for this contract?

Correction/Clarification Answer:

A5) Funding levels have not been identified at this time.

The due date for receipt of offers is not extended.
