This is modification 1 to the synopsis entitled “SOLAR ENERGY GENERATION”, which was posted on May 14, 2008. You are notified that the following changes are made:

Attached is a notification and registration procedures for a Pre-Proposal Conference held at the White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Please be sure to comply with all pre-registration instructions as we can not provide for any late or walk up participants.
