Modification 3 to the pre-solicitation synopsis for the NASA/JSC ISS Program Integration & Control (PI&C) Pre-Solicitation No. NNJ08ZBG002L posted on March 28, 2008, serves as notification to:

Inform Industry that the Government is interested in inputs and feedback on how to best implement the requirements outlined on the ISS PI&C procurement website referenced in NNJ08ZBG002L. Interested parties are asked to provide specific information on:

1. Strategies to reduce the overall cost of Program Integration & Control (PI&C) for ISS while maintaining quality and responsiveness,

2. The optimal contract type including feasibility of using fixed-price contract types,

3. Industry input on effective performance incentives

The Government requests any inputs and feedback be provided by June 3, 2008 to be considered in formulation of the Government’s procurement strategy.
