This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Information Management and Communication Support Draft Request for Proposal which was posted on 6/27/07. You are notified that the following changes are made: re-uploaded J-1 Appendices 12-14 (as originally posted on 6/27/07) due to a system glitch in the original reposing of the Draft RFP on 7/20/07.

The due date for responses is not extended.
