This is a modification to the synopsis entitled NASA Protective Services Contract under Solicitation NNX077040R which was posted on May 24, 2007. You are notified that NASA Headquarters has released a Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP).

In accordance with NASA FAR Supplement 1815.201, Exchanges with Industry Before Receipt of Proposals, the DRFP is hereby released for public review and comments. The DRFP is not a solicitation and the Government is not requesting proposals. All inquiries or comments pertaining this DRFP must be received IN WRITING ONLY AND SENT THROUGH E-MAILTO: PS-SEB@mail.nasa.gov no later than July 31, 2007. Interested parties and Potential offerors should continue to monitor the NPSC website for further updates. http://nps.ksc.nasa.gov/NPS/default.cfm

It is the Offeror’s responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the final RFP and amendments (if any). Potential Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments. Any referenced notes may be viewed at the URL identified below. The draft solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be posted on the World-Wide Web (WWW) on the NASA Acquisition internet Service (NAIS) and Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) websites.
