This is a modification to the synopsis entitled "Platform for Aerial Testing of Research Instrument Operations and Technologies (PATRIOT)" which was posted on June 26, 2006. You are notified that the following changes are made: The title of this synopsis/solicitation has been changed to "Primary Support Vehicle for Ground-based Radiometry." The attached specifications have also been revised hereby removing all occurrences of the words (PATRIOT) and/or facility from the document.

The due date for responses is extended to July 24.

Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
