This notice is issued by the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (NASA GSFC) to post a Statement of Work and a Surveillance Plan, via the internet, and solicit responses from interested parties. NASA GSFC is hereby soliciting information about potential sources for Reader Services for the Blind at the NASA GSFC, Greenbelt, MD. NASA GSFC contemplates a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a period of performance for 3 years. This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition.
