This is a great post, this also gets the employee to see the customer as themselves. Stand in their shoes for a minute. As a customer abiding by those rules is very reasonable. The smoother the transaction, equals less stress for me. So as long as the person behind the counter is giving me great service, then I will be the 'good customer.' A customer can only have so much respect for a company, respect that company needs to earn. After all the customer has options as to who to do business with.

Bottom line, businesses get your company up to date and raise the bar of your customer relations. Your customers will thank you with their patronage.

Are You A Good Customer? 10 Tips To Help
I have not read the Celebrity Experience, I will gladly add it to my 'things to read' list. I can get the gist of it from this blog. Every interaction with a customer/client is so vital to a business. There is a balance, and once one finds that balance then they are truly giving a great customer experience. We all know saying 'yes' to the unrealistic demands of our clients is not the way to do smart business. Balancing the needs of the business with those of the client, is key to success. Businesses will do themselves a great service the sooner they begin to practice these methods.

Quality Tips for a Home Business Blog
At the start of a new year I feel really fired up to leave behind the mistakes of the last year and create a new beginning. And I always have one or two impossibly difficult goals, this year it is to drive a vehicle three times more expensive than any I have previously and to holiday with my family in Jamaica: very costly when travelluing from the UK!
So what I have done is to write down 21 solid goals I intend to achieve in 2009 and post this in the kitchen so everyone can read! Some are simple such as drink 1-2 litres of water daily, or do practice the piano daily. Some are more mid-range such as to create a Limited Company for my business. As the year passes and I achieve 19 of my goals I will come to strongly believe I can achieve the difficult 2! After all, why not? They are just another 2 goals written in amongst the ones I am achieving daily.
I have always used this approach and it allows me to achieve the seemingly impossible in my Life. Try it yourself! :) ...
