Computer Based Examination Systems (CBES)

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
The United States Patent and Trademark Office has a requirement for a computer test administrator(s) capable of administering computer-based patent registration examinations. The computer-based examination system will accommodate current and future multiple choice examinations designed by the USPTO and/or current and future patent registration examinations. This solicitation is issued as a "full and open competition" Request for Proposal (RFP).

Questions for the Question & Answer period are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 07, 2008

Proposals are now due by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2008.
