Starting a business need

intention: internal and external.

they become motivated to help you.
Next, record your external intent,
describing the problem your product
or service solves and who it will
ultimately help. People relate personally
to benefits, and they'll give you
ideas on how to improve your product
rather than question its validity.

when most people become franchisees, their
motivation isn't to buy a specific business;
their desire is to buy a certain outcome
in their life they'd like to see as a result
of buying a franchise. The specific product
or service involved is often the least of
their considerations--as long as they see

How much money will you have? What changes
will that produce? What options will that
give you? These types of questions are designed
to determine the result that you want to
accomplish and the level of importance to
