NASA FAR SUPPLEMENT
The Online files below, accessible on the world wide web, comprise the official NASA-maintained version of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration supplement to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) - NASA FAR Supplement (NFS) Version 04.0, effective November 1, 2004. The NFS is issued as Chapter 18 of Title 48, Code of Federal Regulations. The NFS has been modified through Procurement Notice 04-38, dated December 1, 2008.
