REGISTRATION OVERVIEW
Middle school and high school teachers, college professors, and/or individual college students wishing to participate in the HiRISE activity must complete this registration form.

Please fill out the form completely and accurately. The information you provide will not be shared and will be used solely for the HiRISE activity.

Note regarding demographics:
Some of the questions on the registration form will ask for general student/classroom demographic data. The information you provide will remain anonymous but will be included in our HiRISE report so that those groups funding the HiRISE activity will have an understanding of the audiences we reach. The names of teachers, students, and schools/programs will not be included in the report.
