Set Up Scopus: Admin Tool

The new Elsevier Admin Tool is a web service for librarians to easily self-administer their Scopus and/or ScienceDirect accounts. An Admin ID (username and password) is required to access the Admin Tool.

The Admin Tool provides access to:

  • Usage reports
  • Content coverage reports

The Admin Tool can be used to:

  • Create groups and departments within your institute’s IP range to monitor specific usage per department
  • Create remote access accounts for users
  • Set up full-text links, links to other library resources and document delivery
  • Customize the user interface with your own logos
