Our Analytical Chemistry department is expert at analyzing for Antibiotics, Veterinary Drugs, Heavy Metals, Pesticides and Solvent Residues, Fruit Juice Adulteration, Color Identification and Nutrition Analysis including Trans Fat and Sugar Profile by ELSD, with both American and Canadian formatted Nutrition Facts Panels available. Our Microbiology department is trained and competent in the analysis of food for both Pathogens by BAX, a PCR technology, and Spoilage organisms. The Filth and Extraneous department is staffed with analysts highly skilled in the identification of physical contaminants of foods including Light Filth. Strasburger & Siegel is expert in conducting the analyses and reporting the results as required by FDA Detentions. Sampling is available in most ports of entry. The Consulting Group is skilled in Thermal Process Evaluations, HACCP Plan Development, Allergen Control Plan Development and Nutrition Analysis by Database and Label Review. Service is our business.
