Subject: default mvapich on Jacquard upgraded

As we announced last week, we upgrade the default version of mvapich on Jacquard this morning at 9:05 am PT. Everyone who logged in after that time got the new version as their default. This new version contains several bug fixes. The old version is still on the system in the mvapich/old module.
