INFORMATION AVAILABLE ABOUT CVM GUIDANCE DOCUMENTS UNDER DEVELOPMENT
FDA's Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM) has made a list of topics for new guidance documents or revisions to existing guidance documents available to the public. This list, based on April 2001 status, is available on the FDA/CVM Home Page on the Internet. Requests for paper copies of this list may be submitted to the: Communications Staff (HFV-12), Center for Veterinary Medicine, Food and Drug Administration, 7500 Standish Place, Rockville, MD 20855. Please send a self-addressed adhesive label to assist in processing the request.
CVM intends to fully develop guidance on each topic; however, the Center is neither bound by this list of topics, nor required to issue guidance for every topic on this list. In addition, CVM is not precluded from developing guidance documents on topics not on this list. The Center expects to update the list every 6 months, and plans to issue a revision in October 2001.
