Subject: New NCAR and NCL available

Greetings NERSC User, New versions of the NCAR graphics library (4.4.2) and NCL (4.3.1) are now available for testing on Seaborg, Bassi, Jacquard, and DaVinci. These packages are bundled together in a single installation.
