Subject: SVN and CVS services now available

We have been able to return SVN and CVS to service. For security reasons, all logins to Franklin and Jacquard are still disabled. There is currently no estimated uptime for returning these 2 systems to service. Sincerely, Francesca Verder, NERSC Services
