Subject: please be careful with premium charging

Dear NERSC PIs and Account Managers, I have noticed that more and more users are using the premium queues on all of our systems. This has resulted in dozens of repos going negative. DOE has no reserves at this time -- please ask your users to refrain from using the premium queues if your repository usage is high (over 70 to 75% utilization). You can quickly check your repo balance at http://mordor.nersc.gov:2010/cub/index.html by selecting "Cumulative Usage and Balance (lite)".
