I am writing to ask that you PLEASE APPROVED THE PETITION FILED TO PROHIBIT 
THE SLAUGHTER OF DOWNED ANIMALS. 

The cruelty that exists today is simply disgusting and unnecessary.  It is 
bad enough that people are eating other living beings but to expose them to 
the vicious cruelties shows a total lack of compassion for anything but 
making money.
