Hello,
    I have recently heard of efforts to stop the slaughtering of "downed
animals" (Docket Number  98P-0151/CP1). I would like to support this
letter. With the short lives these animals have they deserve to have a
happy one. Please do whatever you can to help them. Thank you -Lou
