	I request that you seriously consider your charter and explicitly and
implicitly protect the American Public.  I must admit that my trust level of
the FDA is at an all time low.  Nevertheless, I request that our basic
health rights are protected by the following:
1. The FDA must require mandatory pre-market comprehensive environmental
review
2. The FDA must require mandatory pre-market long term health testing
3. The FDA must require mandatory labeling of GE products -- NOT in the
badkward BGH fashion
4. The FDA must end its ethical & moral conflict of interest relationship
with the industries it purports to be regulating
