To Whom It May Concern--

I am writing to you to share my views about genetically engineered foods.  I definitely believe that all such foods and products MUST, for the safety of the public and of the environment, be required by the FDA to undergo required health and safety testing before they are sold to the public.  I also believe that the FDA should require these foods/products to have mandatory labels so that the people know exactly what it is that they are ingesting/using.  This, in my opinion, is an obvious and reasonable request from consumers and should be treated with merit.  The consumers are the ones who will suffer if these things are not done.
