I am not opposed to biotechnology and all of its applications, but I do concur with many scientists and an international coalition of governments that call for precautionary testing and strict regulation of genetically engineered products to prevent harm to human health and the environment. And I do want companies that use genetically engineered foods in their products to be required by law to say so and list all the GE ingredients, so that consumers can make informed choices.
