The FDA and EPA SHOULD REQUIRE MANDATORY LABELING OF ALL Bioengineered foods NOW! Consumers have the right to make informed decisions. If bioengineered foods are as safe/benign as the corporations insist they are, then labeling should have no economic effect on them. I will NOT buy products with bioengineered ingredients.
The current proposal is a farce. Once again, corporate economic health is chosen over ethical responsibility to consumers. Our government agencies SHOULD protect the consumers right to know not the corporations requests to conceal.
